Prayer Chain
Prayers - Some clarification on Prayer Chain and Sunday Prayers: Prayer Chain is our faithful group who pray upon request. Sunday Prayers are public prayers both verbally and in print. Sometimes people request Prayer Chain only. Sometimes people request Sunday Prayers only. Often people request both Prayer Chain and Sunday Prayers. If someone has said Prayer Chain only, then we honor their request, and thus, we don't publicly pray for that person in worship nor do we print their name for the public to see. For the names where people have given us permission to publicly pray in Worship, then only these names will also publicly appear in the printed Sunday Prayer List and in our newsletter. If you submit someone’s name for our prayers we need to make sure we have their prior permission. At Worship, please hand Prayer Request Cards directly to the usher. If these are put in the offering plate the request may not be found until after Worship. Also, during our 7 pm Wednesday Lenten Worship, our public prayers will not include people by name, but any Prayer Request Card received mid-week would be included the following Sunday at Worship. Thanks for your partnership in our prayer ministry. It is a wonderful outreach within All Saints and beyond.
